Food lover Kate Hardie-Buckley continues her culinary adventure to meet some of the most exciting chefs and food producers in Baku, Malaga, Reykjavik and Glasgow. Starting in Baku in Azerbaijan, Kate meets chef Ehtiram Farzalibayov who sends her in search of organic saffron and caviar in the Caspian Sea. In Malaga, chef Jose Carlos Garcia teaches Kate about the importance of aesthetics on a plate. In Reykjavik, chef Fanney Sigurjonsdottir and Kate explore the concepts of eating to live versus living to eat in remote parts of Iceland. And on her last leg of her adventure, Kate returns to the Scottish city of Glasgow, which she loved as a student, to explore wild meat and foraged vegetables with chef Rosie Healy.
